Donation pages

Publish a donation page, print QR posters, manage recurring prompts and thank donors.

Open Finance › Donations to publish public donation pages where supporters give by M-PESA or card.

Creating a donation page#

  1. Create a page with a title, story, goal and suggested tiers (for example KES 100, 500 and 1,000).
  2. Set the minimum donation.
  3. Choose the payment methods available to your organisation.
  4. Publish it. Sauti generates the page address, which you can regenerate if needed.

Donors' phones and emails are sealed on entry. You see a masked reference, the gift amount and the tier.

QR posters and print#

The print studio produces branded QR artwork for the page in A4, A5, table-tent and card formats as PDFs, ready for posters, rallies and offices. You can save private copies.

Recurring prompts#

Supporters can consent to weekly or monthly prompts to give again. Each prompt is a fresh payment the supporter approves; Sauti never takes money automatically.

Thanking donors#

Donors who opted in receive a thank-you SMS, and you can attach a multi-step journey such as a thank-you followed by an event invitation.

Activity and reporting#

The Activity tab shows a masked live feed of gifts, totals against the goal, and a breakdown by source (page, QR, link). The compliance export supports reporting duties under the Election Campaign Financing Act.
