Parties and candidate campaigns
How a party organisation holds several candidate campaigns, with roll-up reports.
A party organisation holds several candidates' campaigns under one roof: for example a party running a governor, MPs and MCAs in one county.
How access works#
- Party-wide roles can see all member campaigns and their combined reports.
- Candidate roles stay inside their assigned campaign and cannot see other candidates' supporters or results.
- When inviting someone, the access scope All party campaigns gives party-wide access. Everyone else gets a single campaign and, optionally, a geographic area.
Shared wallet#
The party organisation has one messaging wallet, shared by all its campaigns. Each send still shows which campaign it belongs to, so spending can be reported per campaign.
Roll-up report#
Settings › Organization shows a Party campaigns panel with a link to the combined report. Counts follow the same privacy banding as every other report.
Setting it up#
The Sauti platform team marks an organisation as a party and links its campaigns. Contact them when you set up, so candidate campaigns are created inside the party organisation from the start.
