Finding your way around
The navigation, dashboard, light and dark themes, Nairobi time and masked values.
The campaign workspace is organised into groups in the left sidebar. What you see depends on your role: if you do not have permission for an area, it does not appear.
The sidebar#
| Group | What is inside |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Live sending activity, quick actions and the cards you choose |
| People | People, tags, custom fields, import status and supporter verification |
| Messaging | Sends, audiences, templates, approvals, inbox, journeys, surveys, senders and each channel's studio |
| Field | Volunteers, field app, walk lists, phone bank, tasks, events and logistics |
| Finance | Wallet, payment links, M-PESA payments, donations, invoices, payouts and expenditure |
| Election day | Agents, results and incidents |
| Reports | Report library, field activity, leaderboards, email reports, media watch and social content |
| Settings | My account, passkeys, users, roles, organisation and audit |
The dashboard#
The dashboard shows a live delivery pulse for your authorised campaigns, plus shortcuts to compose a send, open people and view reports. Choose Arrange this dashboard to pick the cards you need and their order. Your layout is private to your account.
Campaign tabs#
Many pages show a row of campaign tabs at the top. Pick the campaign you are working on; the page then shows only that campaign's data within your scope.
Light and dark themes#
Use the theme control in the user menu (top right) to choose light, dark or your device's setting.
Time and money#
- All times are shown in Nairobi time (EAT).
- All amounts are in Kenya shillings (KES).
Masked values#
Supporters' phone numbers appear as 07•• ••• •42 and emails as a short masked form. This is not a display glitch: the real values are sealed and never sent to your browser. You can still message, call (through the phone bank bridge) and verify these people without seeing their details.
Counts shown as ranges#
Reports and some counts show small numbers as a range, such as "<10", so that no small community or individual can be singled out.
