Inbox and replies
Work replies, keywords, assignments and missed-call callbacks in one queue.
Open Messaging › Inbox to work replies from supporters. Every contact is masked, and every response follows the same consent, approval and wallet controls as a send.
The conversation queue#
- Search by masked contact or by words in the message.
- Filter by assignee (anyone, unassigned or a colleague) and by person tag.
- Open a thread to see the full conversation, tags and any content review notes.
Replying#
Type your reply in the thread. Replies are charged like any other message and pass the same content screen. Keep replies short and polite, and never ask people to send ID numbers or other sensitive details by SMS.
Assigning conversations#
Assign a thread to a colleague so that nobody replies twice. Unassigned threads are visible to everyone with inbox access in that scope.
Keyword auto-replies#
Create rules such as INFO → "Our manifesto launch is on Saturday at…". Set the keyword, the response and, optionally, a tag to apply.
- Auto-replies work for people who opted in only.
HELPis a protected system rule.- STOP, ACHA and SITAKI are processed first and can never trigger a rule.
Missed calls#
If your campaign has a voice number, unanswered and out-of-hours calls become Missed-call threads with a masked caller and the time. Choose Call back now to connect through the call bridge (your phone rings first, then the caller; neither sees the other's number), or schedule a reminder. Record the outcome: reached, no answer, wrong number or call later. People who opted out of voice are never called back.
