Field activity and leaderboards

Doors, calls, check-ins and sign-ups by volunteer and ward.

Field activity#

Open Reports › Field activity. Pick a campaign and the last 7, 30 or 90 days to see, per volunteer and per ward:

• doors recorded on walk lists;
• calls made in the phone bank;
• event check-ins done;
• tasks completed.

It counts volunteers' own work only. It contains no contact data and no ratings of the people volunteers met.

Leaderboards#

Open Reports › Leaderboards. Pick a campaign and period to rank:

• volunteers by doors recorded, calls made and new supporters signed up;
• wards by the same totals.

Duplicate and suppressed sign-ups do not count. Ties share a rank. Volunteers can see leaderboards in the field app too, which helps teams stay motivated.

Use leaderboards to recognise effort, not to pressure people. A volunteer covering a sparse rural ward will rarely top a city leaderboard.
