Organisations, plans and pricing

Create and manage tenants, plans, price overrides, wallets and lifecycle.

Organisations#

Create and manage tenant organisations from the Organizations records. For each organisation you set its legal name, status, campaigns and campaign end dates (which drive retention), and whether it is a party organisation holding several candidate campaigns.

Bring a new organisation live in this order:

  1. Create the organisation and its first campaign.
  2. Assign a plan.
  3. Create the owner's account (password shown once) or send an invitation.
  4. Approve their sender ID request and create routes.
  5. Set the donation channel, commission and withdrawal mode in Payments › Donation channels.
  6. Connect any tenant-owned merchant or checkout accounts if they use their own channels.
  7. Send them the first-week checklist.

Organisation administration handles lifecycle actions such as suspension and closure. Closing an organisation starts the retention clock for its data.

Plans and pricing#

Open Organizations › Plans and pricing.

  • A plan sets the user limit, monthly fee, frequency caps and the price per unit for each service: SMS part, email, voice minute, number-status check and others.
  • Tenant price overrides set a different price per channel, network or part for one organisation, with an effective date. They fall back to the plan when they expire, appear in the tenant's cost preview, and are audited.
  • Refund policy on the plan decides how undelivered messages are refunded (full, partial or none).
  • New plans start from the default SMS price in Platform controls when no SMS price is given.

Wallets#

Operations › Wallets lists every wallet with balances and a ledger drill-down. Manual top-ups, adjustments, refunds and reversals need a reason, and a second operator above the configured threshold. Low-balance rules and credit limits are set here too.

Revenue and invoices#

Payments › Revenue and invoices shows messages charged, revenue, provider cost and margin per month and per organisation, from the immutable ledger. Issuing invoices for a month is safe to repeat: an invoice already issued never changes.
