Types of invoice#

| Commission invoice | At the end of each commission cycle, if donations settle to your own channels |
Issued invoices never change. Each shows the period, amount, status and payer.
Paying an invoice#
Pay commission invoices from your wallet or by M-PESA or card through Sauti's checkout. Once paid, a Receipt download appears next to the invoice.
Overdue invoices#
- Unpaid commission invoices trigger reminders and, after the agreed threshold, close your donation pages until paid. See Donated funds and commission.
- Where the Sauti team has turned on the unpaid invoice hold, sending is paused for any organisation with an invoice still unpaid after the grace period, and resumes automatically once nothing is overdue.
Sauti does not issue KRA eTIMS invoices; the PDF invoices and receipts are the final documents.
