Reports and dashboards

The report library, saved views, exports, A/B results and why small numbers are hidden.

Open Reports › Reports for the report library. Reports cover delivery, replies, spend and growth across the campaigns in your scope.

Filters and saved views#

• Choose the campaign (or all available campaigns) and a date range, then Apply filters.
• Save this view to return to the same filters later. Saved views are listed at the top.
• Rollups refresh every five minutes.

Exports#

Export CSV, Export PDF or Print report. Exports follow the same privacy rules as the screen: no contact values, small groups hidden.

A/B results#

For sends with an A/B split, see sent, delivered, replies, clicks and opt-outs per group, and the lift compared to control and holdout. See Scheduling, recurring sends and A/B tests.

Why some numbers are hidden#

Counts below ten are shown as "<10", and small geographic cells are withheld together. This stops anyone working out who a reply or opt-out came from in a small community. It is a protection, not missing data.

The dashboard#

The home dashboard gives a live view: sending now, submitted, delivered and failed counts, and a delivery pulse for your authorised campaigns. Choose Arrange this dashboard to pick your cards.
